Whew! Launch week is a wrap for Prince of Never, and it was a heap of super-exciting fun. Ever even had himself one of those special orange Amazon Number 1 New release banners throughout the week. That was a pretty cool surprise!
If you happen to be one of the wonderful readers who’ve already ordered Gade & Holly’s book, the prequel Prince of Then, which was set for release on the 14th of February, I’m a little sad to let you know that I’ve just put through a cancellation for its pre-order. Boo hoo me, the bearer of bad news!
I know some of you were really looking forward to it, and I’m so sorry to make you wait a little longer, but family/work/life balance has gotten completely lopsided and out of control, and if I released it in Feb, it wouldn’t be as good a book as I know it can be. And, honestly, I want you to love it. So I’ve made a hard decision and nixed the pre-order.
And there’s another reason for the nixing that I want to share with you, too…
Raff & Isla’s story is coming through like a fast and furious freight train, rattling through my brain day and night and dragging me away from the prequel story. That’s bad, but also kinda great!
Because what’s a gal to do but listen to the muse when he comes calling with a cheeky mire fox riding on his shoulders but get to busily writing both the books in tandem, while hatching a plan to have them ready for you at pretty much the same time as soon as possible in 2020. Keep your ears open because I’ll be hollering the release dates at you soon.
And, finally, there’s a fourth book about a very wicked Unseelie prince, Temnen’s older brother, Riven, that’s taking shape right now as well. And, boy, is he a fine specimen of cruel, silvery, angsty fae. I can’t wait to share him with you!

P.S. Before I skedaddle, I just have to ask… are you excited about watching the Witcher on Netflix? Personally, I can’t wait. I’m crossing all my digits that it’ll be as gorgeous as it looks.
And it releases tomorrow here in OZ. So you know where I’m gonna be for the next few days instead of present shopping, yep, on the couch checking out Henry Cavil with long white hair. Yippeeee!!!
